Global and Strategic Account Manager IT Software (m/f)
Netviewer is a young, rapidly growing business and we are now looking to expand the team with the appointment of an experienced Account Manager with strong closing skills and with a ‘hands-on’ and ‘can-do’ mentality to build up a highly successful sales organization in Great Britain.

Your responsibilities:
- Facilitates global collaboration of Netviewer in the industry , drives international initiatives and delivers the value of a global teamwork to the customer
- Accepts a combination of individual and team goals
- Coordinates all Netviewer activities in the account, e.g. sales campaigns, executive events, marketing initiatives and the delivery of worldwide engagements
- Ensures that needs and expectations of the customer are defined and acted on accordingly
- Ensure long-term business opportunities for Netviewer by developing a strategic relationship
- Involves channel and alliance partners to define comprehensive winning solutions, differentiating Netviewer from the competition
- Responsible for the global business relationship, including commercial and contractual conditions
- Ensures that operational excellence and highest standards of customer service are met at all times to provide leadership in customer experience and differentiate Netviewer from competitors
- Define global account strategies, business plans and reliable forecasts

We expect:
- Graduate degree in business administration, engineering with a minor in business administration, engineering, or equivalent long-standing, successful work experience combined with excellent market knowledge
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally (verbal and written) with customers and interface with a variety of organizations
- Working knowledge and experience in Financial Services is essential
- Strong time management, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop complex account plans and strategies
- Fluent in English and German ( either native)
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and a prevailing attitude
- Loyal and willing to integrate into the corporate culture
- Experienced to work in a matrix organisation and virtual teams
- Team player
